Alora Media Website

As my creative business evolved, I needed a website that could grow alongside it. The goal was to create a professional digital presence that showcased my design portfolio, communicated my services, and made it easy for potential clients to connect with me.

The website has gone through several iterations, each reflecting changes in my creative direction, technical knowledge, and understanding of how visitors interact with a portfolio.

I prioritized clean layouts, intentional typography, subtle animation, and straightforward navigation to create a design-forward experience without sacrificing usability.

After experimenting with several platforms, I selected Framer for its flexibility in layout design, responsive functionality, and custom interactions. This allowed me to build a website that reflected my visual style while maintaining control over the content and overall user experience.

I also considered search visibility, site organization, and the balance between presenting my portfolio and communicating the services offered through Alora Media Co.

This was an independently developed project. I handled the creative direction, visual design, content organization, platform selection, and website development.

Earlier versions were built using Squarespace and an AI-assisted workflow with Claude and Firebase. These experiments helped me evaluate different approaches to building and maintaining a website.

Ultimately, I chose Framer to create a more manageable design workflow with greater visual control and less dependence on custom code.

The completed website serves as the primary online presence for Alora Media Co., bringing together my portfolio, services, pricing, and client inquiries in one place.

Unlike a traditional one-time project, the website continues to evolve as I expand my portfolio and refine the business. It demonstrates my ability to manage a digital project from concept and platform research through design, development, and ongoing improvements.
