1. Services Overview

Alora Media Co provides social media management, content strategy, brand design, and related digital marketing services. The specific services provided to you will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal.

2. Service Packages

We offer three main service tiers:

• Strategy-Only ($225/month): Content planning, strategy development, and brand guidelines
• Strategy + Support ($425/month): Everything in Strategy-Only plus analytics review and monthly check-ins
• Full Service Management ($1,500/month): Complete social media management including content creation and posting

3. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due on the 1st of each month
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered

4. Cancellation Policy

We believe in flexibility and trust. You may cancel your services at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. We simply ask for:

• Written notice of cancellation via email to jennifer@alorediaco.com
• At least 7 days notice before your next billing cycle
• Any outstanding payments to be settled

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to social media accounts and necessary login credentials
• Respond to content approval requests within agreed timeframes
• Provide brand assets, photos, and other materials as needed
• Communicate clearly about goals, preferences, and feedback

6. Intellectual Property

• Client Content: You retain all rights to your brand assets, photos, and proprietary information
• Created Content: Upon full payment, you own the content we create for your brand
• Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to showcase our work for your brand in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, login credentials, and business data as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., scheduling tools, analytics platforms).

8. Results & Guarantees

While we work diligently to improve your social media presence, we cannot guarantee specific results such as follower counts, engagement rates, or sales. Social media growth depends on many factors including:

• Platform algorithms and policies
• Industry and market conditions
• Content quality and consistency
• Audience behavior and preferences

9. Platform Policies

All content and activities will comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of relevant social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). We are not responsible for account suspensions or issues resulting from platform policy changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Alora Media Co will not be liable for:

• Social media platform changes, outages, or policy updates
• Lost followers or engagement due to algorithm changes
• Third-party service interruptions
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding month.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and terms with 30 days notice to existing clients. Changes will not affect current contracts until renewal.

12. Communication

By using our services, you agree to receive:

• Service-related emails and notifications
• Monthly performance reports (for applicable service tiers)
• Occasional updates about our services and offerings

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under the laws of North Carolina.

14. Independent Contractor

Alora Media Co operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
